Job Description

Tele callers are the individuals who initiate telephonic contact with prospective or existing clients to generate leads or sales. They must be proficient in language displaying excellent verbal communication. Varying on specific job profiles, the candidates have to take up inbound marketing calls which are there for handling queries or other issues pertaining to the product or service.

A Telecaller Job description should include the overall process of defining duties and responsibilities. It should consist of a job application which attracts job seekers who are qualified for the job cover reporting and department.

  1. Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
