Description
- Bachelor Degree with 1-5 years of experience in operations
- Experience of warehouse ecosystem is preferable/ Experience of Amazon or similar systems
- Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills
- Command over English language is must
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas
- Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
- Has experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and communicate through email.

Job Title: TEAM LEAD ( PICK AND STOW)-Replenishment Summary: Those who apply for this position should be available to work in any shift. Key job responsibilities Team Lead shall be responsible for: 1. Leading a team who will be responsible for Replenishment Process of Picking and stowing in DEL3 ( GSF RDFC) 2. Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site. Executing inbound and outbound operations, coordinate physical and virtual workflows, or flow of orders and materials to ensure products are shipped on time to meet customer delivery promise. 3. Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates. – Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement. 4.Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis. 5.Consolidate information from different sources to determine daily load plan requirements for the facility, then adjusting and executing accordingly. 6.Allocate labor from various sources, lead meetings, direct and assign job duties for FC Associates – Perform in depth problem solving in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations – Train, audit, and support FC Associates to perform Amazon standard operating procedures and utilizing equipment and software – Ensure FC associates have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed. 7. Stand in for Area Managers.
- Prior Experience as PICK and Stow PA will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of Amazon associates and management
- Experience working in Problem Solve a plus
- Leadership ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel
