1. Creates strategies to maximize engagement and enrich brand reputation on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Manage daily social media posts across various platforms and respond to inquiries.
3. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
4. Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
5. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
6. Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
7. Formulate content plans to ensure social media outlets are populated with fresh, interesting, and innovative content
8. Spot trends, engagement, brand integration opportunities, and campaign opportunities on social media.
9. Should be responsible for photo and video editing for daily posts.
10. Should be fluent in English communication.
