Working hours– It’s a part-time job that requires only 4-hour per day of commitment.

Monthly Remuneration – INR 18000 to INR 21000.

Required Experience- Min. 1 Year To 2 Yrs.

Working experience with AMAZON is mandatory. Shopify and Walmart experience is an advantage!!!

Job Summary: – You would be working as an e-Commerce assistant wherein you are responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. We’re looking for someone who can communicate with U.S. clients, have good English written and verbal communication skills, must know how to update the catalogues, list the products or listing journey, and is ready to work in the U.S. shift timings.

What we expect: – This is a 100% remote opportunity that requires working in the U.S. timezone. The ES role is one that doesn’t neatly fit within the confines of the “9 – 6 day”, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Our Virtual Assistant will serve as an essential partner to the client. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

You Must Be Well-versed With

Catalogue Management (mandatory)

  • Maintain large online product catalogues
  • Organize data with regards to listing, updating, uploading and specifications
  • Organize, manage, and create links for all catalogue images
  • Ensure the online store reflects inventory accurately
  • Manage listing cycles from product selection to final upload onto E-commerce platforms
  • Use tracking software to monitor price drops or increases of products.

Order Fulfillment (mandatory)

  • Ensure customers receive products they ordered and process returns or exchanges
  • Ship, track, process orders, and reconcile inventory if required
  • Track refunds, manage returns, return logistics, and file claims with shipment companies for shipping errors.

Customer Support/Service (basic and if asked)

  • Respond to customer concerns and questions using messaging software and scripts
  • Handle phone, chat, and email-based support

Internal Operations

  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses with regards to availability,
  • Delivery and procurement of products – find, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and distribution centres Support the e-commerce team in any ad hoc tasks as required
