Experience: 1 to 3yrs in E-commerce

(Technical Knowledge must be able to handle e-commerce independently)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To manage all aspects of eCommerce and key accounts with cross-functional activities including the website.
• Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products including catalogue details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.
• Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization of eCommerce platforms and keyword harvesting to optimize the listings for organic search performance.
• Good knowledge of all eCommerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart
• Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
• Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.
• The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience of the entire eCommerce operations ecosystem.
• Experience in handling errors via bulk sheet upload.
• Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of Competitors’ performance, e-commerce strategy, and new product promo.
• Research and analysis of new products that can be launched
• Analyze conversion numbers, prepare and report to management on a daily basis.
• Order processing and dispatch of products, RTO, Track shipment etc.
• Address customer complaints.
• Mark products out of stock whenever they are unavailable for Sale & maintain the stock amount.
• Handling & Promoting Social media accounts.

Skills Required

• Good verbal & written communication
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
