-Managing Listings on various portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc.)

-Good Knowledge of updating products data / specifications / Images / Pricing / Discounts.

-Good in Microsoft office (Excel, word, Power Point) & Drafting Emails.

-Developing and Executing Business strategy to increase profitable sales.

-Handling Deals & Promotions.

-Online Portal Management.

-Attending & replying to customers online & offline & resolving their issues on time.

-Communicate with marketplace to resolve any Dispute or escalation.

-Campaign management on portals like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

-Understand and correctly use ecommerce Platform to support online catalog.

-Have worked on ecommerce system such as Magento, Shopify ( must have)

-Have managed Campaigns/offers/Promotions/Pricing / Pincode Serviceability ( must have)

-Have at least 2-3 years of experience in working in ecommerce and on relevant technology platforms ( must have)

-Understanding of Technology & systems ( must have)

-Understanding of E-Commerce / digital business ( must have)

-BE/B.Tech./MCA ( must have)

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Basic analytical skills
